The bottom of dispenser needs to be stronger because the constant pressure breaks the dispenser.

Quite elegant in look. Attractive and perhaps most suitable for an over the counter top display. However, the amount of spray may be not sufficient each time it pulses or fragrance is not strong to last longer or to spread in the entire 8'X8' office. I set the setting at various levels of interval but not lasting long enough. Besides, I am not sure whether its designed to chirp every time? People in the waiting area wonder what that noise is from. I wish I could make it silent. I am going to try put different fragrances to verify the lasting effect.

Ease of programming, quiet operation. Running on 30 second intrval sprays, keeps odor in control.

Exactly what we wanted. Easy to set up. Does the job.

This works as described! We live in the south, in a house that was built in 1965. Over time, the odor has increased.

Item 802218: After reading the instructions on line and than getting the product delivered I found the instructions easy to follow. Though I think this item does more than is necessary like it's timers. The installation was easy

I bought the 9000 series machine initially and it works great. .. this new model really sucks and does not dispense as strong.

Bracket on dispenser for spray can off by about 1/32". Needed to bend bracket to be able to install spray can. Otherwise works well and is a good product.

I liked my previous dispensers and thought I was getting the same model, but this newer one is more complex to load (requires a key), and also requires programming in the model, I.e. 3000 or 9000. Works fine, but is just more difficult versus the older model.

Item 802218: Seems to work well. Keeps the musty smell out of the area. Easy to set up and programming is simple. I would buy another if needed and recommend the product to others.
