30 Day Return Policy
At this time due to the Coronavirus, we will not be accepting returns on these items: Paper Products, Soap Refills, Soap Dispensers, Hand Sanitizer Refills & Hand Sanitizer Dispensers.
Air Delights, Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your order, please make sure you inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it unused within 30 days for replacement or refund, less the original shipping and handling (This includes promotional shipping costs; i.e. Free shipping etc).
Note: Electronic components, special order or made to order items, and certain repair parts are non returnable. A 20% restocking fee ($20.00 minimum) will be charged on all returned merchandise. If shipment is refused 20% restocking fee will also be charged.
You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise to Air Delights, Inc. Call our Customer Service staff at (800) 440-5556 (6am to 5pm, PST). To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Air Delights, Inc. Return Shipment Policy:
- Air Delights, Inc. is unable to accept used merchandise. All items will be inspected before any final decisions are made on credits. The returns department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges, or in-store credits.
- Defective products: You must contact the manufacturer of the product to arrange for warranty repair or replacement.
- All Toilets, Urinals, and Sinks made with porcelain are not returnable.
- Any order for a "Special Order", or "Non Stocking" item may not be cancelled or returned.
- All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your credit card will be billed accordingly.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
For a shipping damage return, If your order arrives damaged please call us immediately at 1-800-440-5556. Keep the original inner and outer packaging for the delivery driver to inspect for claim purposes. Once the delivery driver inspects the damaged package, we will reship your order for you at no cost to you and also make arrangements for the damaged merchandise to be returned to us.
If goods are canceled before they have been processed (usually before 2:00pm PST on the day the order was placed), the order is canceled and no charges are applied to the customer. If the order has been processed at the time of cancellation, item will be considered a return and our return policy listed here will apply. If package is refused at the time of delivery the same policy above applies.
