The Flushmate Flush Valve Cartridge is located on top the Flushmate system in the center of the vessel. This is the main valve that opens and closes to deliver the water to the toilet bowl. The ST100101 Wrench can be used to remove or adjust the cartridge.

The products were very easy to install with the most basic of tools and are working like a charm. If you have pipe wrenches it may not be necessary, but for the money it was worth it to have exact fit tools.

Always wanted this tool. I didn't realize the previous tool also can be used for installation of the cartridge. I haven't used it yet but anticipate it to be a useful tool when the time comes to use it.

If you're working on any of the Sloan Flushmate tanks then you need this wrench. It fits (but not limited to) the lock nut on the bottom of the tank holding the Flushmate in place and the nut holding the supply line. I suppose if you have all the tools then you might not need this, but if you're suddenly faced with fixing your product, then this will do nicely. Made of plastic, but fits everything you'll need to access.

This is by far the best investment when changing the Flushmate Flush Cartridge. For the couple dollars it costs it saved a lot of time and scrapped knuckles. Not sure how it would have come out using a make shift tool since it is in there pretty tight. It's a one-time very inexpensive investrment.
