We are pleased with the keys we purchased. Our building was destroyed in Hurricane Ida and we just moved back into our offices, however we lost everything. The toilet paper holders made it and the contractor put them back in after renovation--we just didn't have a key to get into them. I'm so very glad I went online to try to find a replacement key.

I had called another company that sells the paper towel dispenser at work and they said I had to buy 10 keys for the dispenser. It’s a two person office, so you probably know what I did. I then called Air Delights and they sold me 2 keys (1 as a backup). Our other key that we had in the dispenser must have fallen out and into the trash receptacle. It had only been in there for 25 years! Thank you again.

Quick service, noted that item appeared be ordered twice, (once in error). Quickly cancelled the duplicate order for my convenience. Customer service interaction was professional and courteous.
