Air Delights, Inc. is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate
need for a Customer Service Representative in our Beaverton, OR location.
Responsibilities/Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Answering incoming calls from customers, and provide patient and friendly support.
- Perform administrative functions that ensure our customers' needs are being met, including responding to customer service emails.
- Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations
and accurate order processing.
- Updating customer contacts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and
manufacturers, and answer sales calls for general information.
- Must have 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience. Industry knowledge in commercial and residential plumbing is highly recommended.
A successful associate will be goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to meet
deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere, and have the following
attributes:
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Pleasant personality for phone sales
- General computer skills. Must be able to type 35 WPM.
- A high degree of experience and comfort in navigating the Internet.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn quickly
