Piano hinges are a type of surface mounted hinge for restroom partitions that are usually the full length of the door (or just about). Spring loaded piano hinges (springs will close the door) are typically handed: right hand in, left hand in, right hand out, left hand out. A right hand inswing hinge is also used for left hand outswing. Cam close piano hinges are not handed. Piano hinges are available in various materials and finishes including #4 satin finish stainless steel and clear anodized aluminum.
